ATM-X TestBed Demo for FAA NextGen Office
June 4, 2020

The NASA Air Traffic Management Exploration (ATM-X) project conducted an ATM-X TestBed online demo for representatives from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and its support organization, Concepts Beyond, as requested by Mr. Matt Modderno from the NextGen office. The demonstration, on May 19, 2020, included a discussion around an example use case from a recent ecoDemonstrator test to show how TestBed is used along with its simulation tools. The demo includes the Software Development Kit’s adapter template code generation Wizard. An adapter is an interface code between TestBed and a user’s application. NASA also provided TestBed’s documentation, including its Interface Control Document, to the FAA.
