Delta Airlines and Passur Aerospace Discuss Collaborations with NASA
January 17, 2013

The General Manager of Air traffic management from Delta Airlines and the Vice President of Air Traffic Innovations for Passur visited NASA Ames Research Center January 10-11, 2013. During their visit, they were given briefings and demonstrations of NASA technologies, including the Dynamic Weather Routing project, airport surface scheduling, mitigation of weather constraints, airline behavior modeling, airport scheduling in and around Atlanta, and a tour of simulation facilities. The meetings ended with discussions on interest in further investigating specific collaborations between NASA and these two organizations. (POC: Tom Davis)
