Mr. Yung-Cheng Chu has worked with exceptional skill and diligence to design, implement, and extend software code for the Advanced Airspace Concept (AAC), providing a unified 4D solution for future air traffic management systems, including separation conflicts, arrival sequencing, and weather cell avoidance. His ability to develop efficient software code from only vaguely defined specifications is outstanding.

Lynn Tran provides outstanding financial support to the Aviation Systems Division (AF). Two years ago, she stepped into a complex environment and has made herself an indispensable part of the support team by her deep understanding of financial processes, her reliability and accuracy, her initiative on problem resolution, her positive attitude, and her ability to work well with everyone.

Matt Ma did an outstanding job of delivering and running a flawless CTAS/SA demo system for the Airspace Systems Technical Interchange Meeting and Industry Day in San Diego. The months of preparation and working through the hardware and software issues showed his dedication to this project. Matt consistently provides excellent support.

Gaurav Nagle demonstrated extraordinary expertise and leadership in conducting human-in-the-loop simulations of the Efficient Descent Advisor (EDA) - an air traffic technology that reduces fuel consumption while increasing traffic throughput. This was Gaurav's first project since graduating from Georgia Tech, and his achievements allowed NASA to meet high priority agency milestones and transfer EDA technology to the FAA for field development.
