| Turning Goals Into Reality (TGIR) 2004 The Surface Management System (SMS) Development Team received the FY03 TGIR award in the Increase Capacity and Mobility Objective for development of technology that "helps carriers and controllers coordinate flight schedules to prevent 'bottlenecks' at the terminal and on the runways."
