| NASA Honor Awards 1988 The Air Traffic Control Automation Research Team received a NASA Honor Award “for their combined contributions in conceiving, developing and testing automation aids to assist the Air Traffic Controller in flow management and in the development of a real-time simulation capability for allowing controller evaluation of these concepts.” Heinz Erzberger was also presented with the Medal for Outstanding Leadership. + Back to Top |
