CTAS Processes and Interconnections This diagram shows all of the CTAS processes and their interconnections. A two-way connection is shown between the following pairs of processes: 1. HDAR and ISM 2. ADAR and ISM 3. ISM and CM 4. TGUI and CM 5. PGUI and CM 6. DP and CM 7. RA and CM 8. PFS and CM 9. PFS_C and CM In addition, WDAD writes to a disk file. WDPD reads from this same disk file and writes to a different disk file. CM reads from the disk file written to by WDPD. The diagram also depicts a two-way shared memory connection between the following pairs of processes: 1. RA and TS 2. PFS and TS 3. PFS_C and TS The diagram shows that the system may be run with multiple RA/TS combinations. The DP is used for TMA and EDA only. The PFS/TS combination is used for FAST only. The PFS_C/TS combination is used for Direct-To/EDA only.
