Conflict on DOWNWIND_LEFT

This diagram illustrates a typical conflict in the TRACON area.  Three
aircraft are destined to land on a single eastbound runway.  Aircraft A
is to the southeast of the runway on a northwest heading.  Aircraft B
is northeast of the runway heading southwest.  Aircraft C is northwest
of the runway heading southeast.  A red solid circle is drawn in middle
of the DOWNWIND_LEFT segment.  The red circle is labelled, "FUTURE
CONFLICT WITH A AND B", and depicts the point at which Aircraft A and
Aircraft B, if left alone, will come into conflict with each other.
